AGCO restructures executive leadership, appoints Stefan Caspari to lead Fendt/Valtra & Product Management

AGCO Corporation announced a restructuring of its executive leadership team effective October 5, 2026, designed to simplify the organization and strengthen accountability. Stefan Caspari has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager for Fendt/Valtra & Product Management while continuing to lead North American ag business. Torsten Dehner steps down from his current role but will remain with the company in Switzerland to support the transition. Additionally, Luis Felli assumes responsibility for Massey Ferguson, Parts & Customer Support, and Damon Audia takes on Global Distribution Management alongside his role as President of PTx. AGCO is a global leader in agricultural machinery and precision agriculture technologies.
