Adecoagro S.A. entered into an agreement with Raízen Group to acquire the Caarapó Mill in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, for an estimated R$760 million (approximately US$148 million) in cash. The acquisition includes sugarcane and supply agreements and is expected to be accretive to Adjusted EBITDA from day one. Completion of the transaction is subject to CADE approval and is expected to occur before October 1, 2026. Adecoagro is a sustainable production company in South America that produces agricultural products, fertilizers, and renewable electricity.
