Albany International Corp announced on August 31, 2026, that Chief Financial Officer Willard Station is taking an immediate medical leave of absence with no determined duration. The Board appointed Sean Valashinas, the Company’s Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since June 9, 2025, to serve as acting principal financial officer effective immediately. Mr. Valashinas brings prior experience as Vice President of Accounting, Treasury, and Tax at Resonetics and held similar roles at Standex International Corporation from 2007 to 2024. There are no changes to his compensation terms. Albany International Corp operates in the advanced materials industry, manufacturing composite structures for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
