Apogee Enterprises completed the acquisition of SIA Alzette and its subsidiary GroGlass on September 18, 2026. The transaction values GroGlass at approximately €62.5 million (about $71.8 million) on a cash-free, debt-free basis, with up to €10 million in contingent earnout consideration based on three-year financial performance targets. Funding was provided through available cash and borrowings under the existing revolving credit facility.
