Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) closed its acquisition of Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade S.A.'s entire equity interest in Companhia de Participações em Concessões for a purchase price of R$5.1 billion, equivalent to US$992.2 million after customary closing adjustments. The transaction was financed through a loan facility arranged when ASUR submitted its offer and represents a key component of the company's growth strategy. As a result, ASUR has added 20 airports across four markets in Latin America and the Caribbean, including Brazil, to its portfolio. Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste is an international airport operator with concessions to operate, maintain, and develop airports across the Americas.
