AeroVironment, Inc. announced that Stephen F. Page will retire from its Board of Directors effective at the conclusion of his current term on September 24, 2026. Mr. Page has served on the board for 13 years and will continue in his roles on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee until then. His departure is not due to any disagreement with management or auditors. AeroVironment operates in the defense technology industry, developing autonomous systems, loitering munitions, counter-UAS technologies, space-based platforms, directed energy systems, and cyber capabilities.
