Braskem S.A. announced the execution of the 1st Amendment to the New Shareholders’ Agreement between Shine I Fundo de Investimento em Participações and Petrobras. The amendment aims to improve governance provisions, including shifting certain powers regarding reorganization and bankruptcy from the General Meeting to the Board of Directors and restructuring the Executive Board.
