Braskem S.A. has announced an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (EGM) to deliberate on proposed amendments to the Company's Bylaws, following adjustments proposed by Petrobras and Shine I Multistrategy Private Equity Investment Fund. The meeting will also address changes in candidates nominated for the Board of Directors and the Fiscal Council.
