CMA accepts in principle Brink's proposed remedy for NCR Atleos acquisition
BCOBrinks Co
The UK Competition and Markets Authority has accepted in principle The Brink’s Company’s proposed remedy to address regulatory concerns regarding its pending acquisition of NCR Atleos. To avoid a Phase 2 investigation, Brink’s plans to divest NoteMachine/TestLink UK, with the sale process currently progressing among prospective buyers. This development keeps the transaction on track for closing early in the first quarter of 2027 and preserves the expected $200 million in annual run-rate cost synergies. The Brink’s Company is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services.
