Jessica Farrell will transition to President North America on July 1, 2026, while also serving as interim President South America. On September 1, 2026, Edgar Basto will move from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Enterprise Performance Officer. Geraldine Slattery will maintain her role as President Australia and assume responsibility for Copper South Australia.
