BUUU Group Limited's majority-owned subsidiary, Brightray Science Inc., entered into a non-binding Prefabricated Module Sales Framework Agreement with a Macao customer for a planned 40MW AI data center project in Coloane. The facility is designed to deliver approximately 40MW of IT capacity using fully prefabricated steel-structure technology and is expected to be delivered by the third quarter of 2027. The agreement requires Brightray Veridian Pte Ltd to secure a tenant and for the customer to sign a binding lease before definitive sales contracts are negotiated; if these conditions are not met by September 30, 2027, the framework terminates automatically.
