CBRE Group, Inc. has issued a one-time $5.0 million performance-based equity retention award to Vikram Kohli, the company's Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Advisory Services. The award consists of performance-based restricted stock units that vest over a five-year period contingent upon meeting relative total shareholder return and relative earnings per share targets compared to a peer group of S&P 500 companies.
