The transaction is expected to generate a gain of approximately $59.6 million USD in the fourth quarter of 2026, based on the net sale price relative to book values. CMB.TECH operates as one of the world's largest listed maritime groups, managing a diversified fleet of approximately 235 vessels including dry bulk, crude oil tankers, chemical tankers, container vessels, and offshore energy assets, while also providing hydrogen and ammonia fuel solutions.
