CNDTCONDUENT Inc

Conduent completed a comprehensive $447 million refinancing transaction on October 23, 2026. The deal extends the maturity of its existing $357 million senior secured revolving credit facilities from October 2026 and May 2028 to May 31, 2029. Additionally, the company added $90 million in new commitments, comprising a $75 million first-out revolving facility and a $15 million backstop performance letter of credit facility. The transaction also involves an intercompany credit agreement and the release of certain subsidiaries as guarantors. Conduent used net proceeds from the sale of its Public Transit business to repay $62 million under the new facilities. This refinancing supports the company's deleveraging strategy and provides greater financial flexibility to execute its ASCEND 2026–28 strategic plan. Conduent is a global technology-enabled operating partner that helps businesses and governments modernize mission-critical operations through AI, automation, data, and human expertise.
