Conduent reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $534 million and adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations of $36 million, up 16.1% year over year with a margin of 6.7%. The company completed the sale of its Public Transit business to Modaxo for $164 million and finalized $447 million in revolving credit commitments maturing in May 2029. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance remains at $2.15 billion–$2.25 billion with adjusted EBITDA of $140 million–$170 million.
