The Cooper Companies, Inc. announced that Brian G. Andrews, Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer, has assumed the additional role of principal accounting officer effective December 9, 2025. He succeeds Agostino Ricupati, who will continue as Senior Vice President, Tax, with no changes made to Mr. Andrews' compensation in connection with this appointment.
