Clearway Energy, Inc. announced that Sarah Rubenstein will transition out of her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2026, to become Head of the Transformation Office at Clearway Energy Group LLC. Steven Ryder, currently CFO of Clearway Energy Group LLC, succeeds Ms. Rubenstein as CFO of the Company on the same date. Additionally, Samantha Prout was appointed Senior Vice President, Accounting and Controller effective September 8, 2026, succeeding Ms. Rubenstein as principal accounting officer. Ms. Prout receives a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Clearway Energy operates in the clean energy sector, owning and operating wind, solar, battery storage, and dispatchable power generation assets.
