Dell Technologies Inc. entered into a new senior unsecured revolving credit agreement on June 10, 2026, with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. acting as administrative agent. The facility provides Dell International L.L.C. and EMC Corporation with aggregate revolving commitments of $6,000,000,000 and a letter of credit sub-facility of up to $500,000,000. The agreement matures on June 10, 2031, and allows for incremental commitments in minimum amounts of $10,000,000. Simultaneously, the company repaid and terminated all obligations under its existing credit agreement dated November 1, 2021.
