Diodes Incorporated completed its acquisition of ElevATE Semiconductor Inc. for $250 million in an all-cash transaction on August 27, 2026. ElevATE is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in low-power analog and mixed-signal solutions for the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) market. The deal expands Diodes' product portfolio and strengthens its position in high-growth end markets. ElevATE is expected to contribute approximately $50 million in revenue during the first twelve months following closing and will operate as a product line within Diodes. Diodes Incorporated designs, manufactures, and distributes semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer electronics, and communications markets.
