DraftKings dismisses BDO as auditor, appoints Deloitte for fiscal year ending December 31, 2027

On September 23, 2026, DraftKings Inc.'s Audit Committee dismissed BDO USA, P.C. as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective after the conclusion of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 audit and the filing of the 2026 Annual Report on Form 10-K. The committee appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as the new auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2027, subject to standard client acceptance procedures and execution of an engagement letter dated September 25, 2026.
