Emergent BioSolutions announced that Chief Financial Officer Richard Lindahl will step down effective December 31, 2026. Vice President and Treasurer Frank Vargo has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer beginning January 1, 2027. Lindahl will serve as a senior executive advisor through March 31, 2027 to assist with the transition. The Board approved interim compensation for Vargo of an additional $3,850 per pay period on top of his current base salary. Emergent BioSolutions develops and manufactures vaccines and medical countermeasures against biological threats.
