PMGC Holdings Inc., via its subsidiary NorthStrive Defense Tech LLC, entered into a binding term sheet with the Florida State University Research Foundation to license U.S. Patent No. 12,291,334 for aerospace and defense technologies. The company also entered into an educational research agreement to fund $490,657 for research related to the patent, which will be conducted over a 12-month period.
