Eupraxia reaches 120-patient enrollment target for RESOLVE trial of EP-104GI

Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals has reached its target enrollment of 120 patients in the Phase 2b placebo-controlled blinded portion of the RESOLVE trial evaluating EP-104GI for Eosinophilic Esophagitis. The company confirmed that statistical reviews indicate no adjustment to the sample size is required. Over 3,000 injections have been administered across Phase 1b/2a and Phase 2b with no treatment-related serious adverse events. Interim analysis of the Phase 2b portion is expected in December 2026.
