Eupraxia to present Phase 1b/2 RESOLVE trial data at ACG and UEG conferences

Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals will present three abstracts regarding its ongoing Phase 1b/2 RESOLVE trial of EP-104GI for eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) at the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) meeting in Nashville and United European Gastroenterology (UEG) Week in Barcelona. The presentations highlight improvements in dysphagia, histopathological features, and symptom severity following single administrations of escalating doses during dose escalation cohorts. Interim data from the Phase 2b portion of the trial are expected in December 2026. Eupraxia is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing locally delivered, extended-release products using its proprietary Diffusphere technology.
