Per Narvinger, currently Executive Vice President and Head of Business Area Networks, has been appointed President and CEO of Ericsson as Börje Ekholm steps down from his role as CEO on September 30, 2026. Narvinger will officially take up the role as President and CEO on October 1, 2026. Ekholm will act as an executive advisor to the new CEO until June 15, 2027. Ericsson is a telecommunications and ICT industry company that provides connectivity solutions for service providers and enterprises.
