Evaxion reports 89% vaccine target precision in phase 2 melanoma trial

Evaxion A/S announced three-year follow-up data from its phase 2 trial of the personalized cancer vaccine EVX-01 in patients with advanced melanoma. The results demonstrated that EVX-01 induced an immune response in all patients, with 89% of vaccine neoantigens generating potent specific T-cell responses. Sustained T-cell responses were observed during the third year of treatment as monotherapy, and all patients maintained their clinical response with no tumor progression through the third year.
