Evaxion reports sustained clinical responses for all patients in phase 2 trial with personalized cancer vaccine EVX-01

Evaxion A/S announced three-year follow-up data from its phase 2 trial of the personalized cancer vaccine EVX-01 in patients with advanced melanoma. All patients maintained their clinical responses observed at two-year follow-up, with no tumor progression reported during the third year when patients received EVX-01 as stand-alone therapy. The findings supplement previous two-year data showing a 75% Objective Response Rate and durable benefit, with 92% of patients still responding at that mark.
