Evaxion A/S will present new broad biomarker data from its phase 2 clinical trial with the personalized cancer vaccine EVX-01 at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 2026 Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. The presentation includes both oral and poster sessions detailing systemic immunomodulatory effects observed when combining EVX-01 with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced melanoma. At two-year follow-up, the trial demonstrated an Objective Response Rate of 75%, with four out of sixteen patients achieving a complete response.
