ExlService Holdings announced that Vivek Jetley, President and Head of Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences, will resign from his positions effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Jetley is departing to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer at Hexaware Technologies Limited. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with management or the Board regarding operations or policies. He will remain in his current role until the departure date to assist with an orderly transition of duties, after which responsibilities will be assumed by other members of the Company’s management team.
