ExlService Holdings, Inc. through its subsidiary Clairvoyant AI, Inc. entered into a securities purchase agreement to acquire iMerit Inc. for $170 million in upfront cash, plus up to $140 million in cash incentives and earnouts over two years. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. ExlService Holdings, Inc. provides data analytics and operations management services to global enterprise clients.
