Flex Ltd. announced the approval of its Annual Incentive Bonus Plan for fiscal year 2027 on June 11, 2026. The plan establishes cash bonus opportunities for executive officers based on company-level operating profit, free cash flow, and revenue targets. Target award opportunities are set at 165% of base salary for the CEO, 115% for the CFO, and 100% to 110% for other named executive officers. Payouts for individual metrics range from a 30% threshold to a 200% maximum. The Compensation and People Committee retains discretion to adjust awards based on overall performance and may exclude extraordinary or nonrecurring items from calculations.
