On July 29, 2026, Flex Ltd. announced key leadership appointments for both its remaining operations and 'SpinCo,' the independent entity resulting from the planned spin-off of its Cloud and Power Infrastructure business. Revathi Advaithi will serve as Non-Executive Chairman of SpinCo, with Kevin Krumm appointed as CFO pending transaction completion. Michael Hartung remains CEO of Flex Ltd., while Dennis Kirkpatrick and Mike Thoeny lead Integrated Technology Solutions and Regulated Manufacturing Solutions, respectively. The spin-off is expected to close in the first calendar quarter of 2027, subject to board approval and customary conditions. Flex Ltd. operates as a global manufacturing partner providing advanced manufacturing, supply chain solutions, and lifecycle services.
