The board of Flowers Foods elected Shaun P. Mara and Ken A. Plunk as independent directors effective November 18, 2026. Both will serve on the Audit and Finance Committees until the 2027 Annual Meeting. Their election increases the total board size to ten members. Flowers Foods is one of the largest producers of packaged bakery foods in the United States.
