FLUTFlutter Entertainment plc

Flutter Entertainment reported a net loss of $1,148 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, driven by an $873 million non-cash impairment charge related to its Brazilian operations following a government ban. Adjusted EBITDA fell 25% year-over-year to $360 million as adverse sports results and UK tax increases offset strong US growth. The company updated its full-year revenue guidance down $300 million to $17.61 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance down $160 million to $2.495 billion. Management announced a pause on the share repurchase program for the foreseeable future while prioritizing deleveraging, having completed a refinancing that extends debt maturities to 2032. Flutter Entertainment plc is the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator.
