Gerdau S.A. completed the acquisition of a 23.03% equity stake in Dona Francisca Energética S.A. (DFESA) from Companhia Paranaense de Energia (COPEL). The transaction closed on August 6, 2026, following antitrust approval and satisfaction of conditions precedent. Gerdau paid R$150 million for the stake, plus R$719,205.75 for proportional consolidated cash, totaling a cash disbursement of R$150,719,205.75 funded by available resources.
