GMABGenmab A/S

Genmab A/S and AbbVie announced positive topline results from the Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 trial. The study evaluated fixed-duration subcutaneous epcoritamab combined with standard-of-care R-CHOP versus R-CHOP alone in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients with an International Prognostic Index score of 2 to 5. The combination demonstrated a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival, reducing the risk of disease progression or death by 51% (Hazard Ratio 0.49; p-value < 0.0001). The safety profile was generally well tolerated. Genmab and AbbVie plan to engage global regulatory authorities regarding next steps for this investigational combination therapy. Genmab is an international biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative antibody medicines.
