Shareholders reject Genenta Science name change to Saentra Forge at extraordinary meeting

Genenta Science shareholders voted on a proposal to amend the company's by-laws and change its corporate name from Genenta Science S.p.A. to Saentra Forge S.p.A. Although 49.395% of total voting rights were in favor, the proposal failed because Italian law requires more than 50% of total voting rights for approval on a first call. The company's registered legal name remains unchanged. Despite this outcome, management stated it continues to pursue its strategic transition into an industrial consolidator focused on acquiring businesses in aerospace, defense, and biotechnology sectors.
