The Board of Directors approved the appointment of David J. Daniels Jr. as Chief Administrative Officer, a newly created executive position, effective January 4, 2027. Mr. Daniels will oversee Information Technology, Human Resources, workforce development, and artificial intelligence initiatives. He currently serves as Group President of the Gorman-Rupp Pumps Group and has held various leadership roles within the company since 2007. The appointment includes standard Change of Control Severance and Indemnification agreements. The Gorman-Rupp Company manufactures pumps and pumping systems for industrial, municipal, and agricultural applications.
