James C. Kerr, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire and be succeeded by Ronald F. Stoops, current Vice President of Finance, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Kerr will transition to a senior advisor role following his departure. The Gorman-Rupp Company is a designer and manufacturer of pumps and pump systems for diverse liquid-handling applications.
