GSK plc’s licensor, Hansoh Pharma, announced positive results from the ARTEMIS-011 phase III trial for risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez) in China. The study met its primary endpoint of progression-free survival in patients with relapsed osteosarcoma, demonstrating statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements compared with chemotherapy. Consistent benefits were observed in overall survival, with no new safety signals identified. These data will support a regulatory submission in China. GSK holds exclusive global rights to develop Ris-Rez outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and is advancing the asset in global trials for sarcomas, lung cancer, and prostate cancer. Ris-Rez has received US FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation for relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma.
