GSK's licensor Hansoh Pharma announced positive phase III ARTEMIS-008 trial results for risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez) in China, meeting its primary endpoint of overall survival in advanced or relapsed small-cell lung cancer. The B7-H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate demonstrated statistically significant improvements in overall survival compared to topotecan. GSK holds exclusive global rights to develop and commercialize Ris-Rez outside of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
