ZoomInfo agrees to proposed $44M settlement of securities class action lawsuit

ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. executed a memorandum of understanding on October 16, 2026, setting forth terms for a proposed $44 million settlement of a putative securities class action filed in the Western District of Washington. The complaint alleged false or misleading statements regarding business performance between November 2020 and August 2024.
