The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for HDFC Bank Limited for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Consolidated net profit rose to ₹20,700 crore (₹13.43 basic EPS) in Q2 FY27 from ₹19,245 crore a year earlier, driven by higher interest income and other revenue. Standalone net profit was ₹19,510 crore with a capital adequacy ratio of 18.87%. The bank also disclosed a regulatory prohibition on soliciting new clients at its Dubai branch while noting no material financial impact from the event.
