InflaRx publishes Phase 1 data for izicopan showing favorable safety profile in 86 participants

InflaRx N.V. announced the peer-reviewed publication of first-in-human Phase 1 clinical data for izicopan, its orally administered C5a receptor inhibitor. The study evaluated single and multiple ascending doses in 86 healthy volunteers, demonstrating rapid and sustained inhibition of C5a/C5aR1 signaling with a favorable safety and tolerability profile across doses ranging from 3 mg to 240 mg. These findings support the progression of izicopan into Phase 2 development for immune-inflammatory diseases.
