Inspired Entertainment announced that Simona Camilleri is stepping down as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, effective September 7, 2026, following an amendment to her employment agreement dated August 12, 2026. Camilleri will remain on garden leave until December 31, 2026, assisting with the transition. Carys Damon, currently Company Secretary and a former General Counsel who joined in 2012, is promoted to assume the Executive Vice President and General Counsel roles effective September 7, 2026.
