JinkoSolar announced its second quarter 2026 financial results and a change in chief executive officer. Xiande Li resigned as CEO on August 26, 2026, remaining chairman, while Wei “Dimi” Du succeeded him. For Q2 2026, revenues were RMB12.36 billion (US$1.82 billion), down 31.3% year-over-year, with a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB697.3 million (US$102.8 million). Gross profit margin was 4.2%. The company adjusted its full-year 2026 module shipment guidance to between 60 GW and 70 GW. Additionally, JinkoSolar declared a cash dividend of US$0.375 per ordinary share (US$1.50 per ADS). JinkoSolar is a global leader in clean energy technology that manufactures solar modules and provides solutions.
