Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., the majority-owned principal operating subsidiary of JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd., announced preliminary unaudited financial results for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. The subsidiary estimates a net loss attributable to shareholders ranging from RMB2,976.33 million to RMB3,576.33 million. Excluding extraordinary gains and losses, the net loss is estimated between RMB3,811.12 million and RMB4,411.12 million. These figures are prepared under PRC GAAP for Jiangxi Jinko only and differ from JinkoSolar's consolidated results reported under US GAAP. JinkoSolar holds approximately 54.32% equity interest in the subsidiary.
