Kraft Heinz appoints Kelly Dilts and J. Michael Schlotman to its Board of Directors

The Kraft Heinz Company appointed Kelly M. Dilts, currently CFO of Nordstrom, Inc., and J. Michael Schlotman, former CFO of The Kroger Co., as independent members of the Board of Directors, effective November 4, 2026. Both directors were selected based on their extensive experience in consumer sectors, retail finance, and operational transformation to support the company's growth strategy. They will receive compensation according to the standard program for non-employee directors. Kraft Heinz is one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, producing iconic brands such as Heinz and Kraft.
