Kontoor Brands expands Board of Directors from seven to nine members with two new appointments

Kontoor Brands, Inc. increased its Board of Directors size from seven to nine members and appointed James T. Caulfield and Michael J. Skipworth as new directors effective September 23, 2026. Mr. Caulfield, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo, will serve on the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. Mr. Skipworth, President and CEO of Wingstop Inc., will join the Audit and Talent and Compensation Committees. Both directors receive compensation consistent with the company's standard program and are subject to standard indemnification agreements. Kontoor Brands operates in the apparel industry, managing iconic lifestyle, outdoor, and workwear brands including Wrangler, Lee, and Helly Hansen.
