LPALogistic Properties of the Americas

On September 21, 2026, Logistic Properties of the Americas announced the sale of Bodegas Aurora, a stabilized logistics property in Heredia, Costa Rica, for a gross purchase price of US$6.6 million. The asset comprises approximately 103,440 square feet and generates about US$560,000 in annual net operating income. The all-cash transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions. Proceeds will be redeployed into higher-return opportunities, primarily expanding the company's platform in Mexico. This divestment supports LPA’s capital reallocation strategy by monetizing mature assets to fund growth in markets with longer runways. Logistic Properties of the Americas is a developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics real estate across Latin America.
